Shipping:

1. Items usually ship out within 24 to 48 hours from the time you place your order.

2. During holiday season, we offer USPS free shipping to customers within US.  You can join our mailing list (newsletter) by submit your email address or check out our website frequently.

3. PureApple.com will not be held responsible for package(s) that are lost or damaged during transit.

4. If your package is sent by US Postal Service, we may not have a tracking number.

5. International customers shall be solely responsible for all custom duties and taxes on orders shipped to any foreign country. PureApple.com will not be held responsible for any package delays or rejects due to international custom clearance. For more information regarding your country's custom polices, please contact your local customs office for specification.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipments that are refused.
  • All International orders will be shipped via USPS. First item will be $9 and only $4 for each additional items.  International shipping times may vary.
 
Pricacy:
Your privacy is important to us. All information gathered by PureApple.com through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. Your email is used to send you a copy of the Order Invoice, a Ship Notification email (once your items have shipped), and/or to inform you of any delays and/or out of stock items. Your email address may be used to send you announcements and product promotions - but we rarely, if ever, do. If we do - you will always be given the option to be removed from our list.

The Personal Customer Information you provide -- including your credit card information -- to establish an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.

 
2. Password security
To further secure your Personal Customer Information, we require you to create a customer password when you establish an account with us. We encourage you to use a password that is not easily guessed (i.e., don't use your name or street name). Keep your password secret; do not share it with anyone.

If you forget your password, you can contact Customer Service and they will send you your password. If you want to change your password or other account information, simply write us a email.
 
3. Remember to sign out
To further prevent unauthorized access to your account, remember that, after you sign in, you should sign out once you have (i) completed your transaction, (ii) completed managing your account, or (iii) decided to step away from your computer. Anyone who accesses your computer after you have signed in but before you have signed out can access your account.
 
REMEMBER - DO NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CHAT ROOMS, THROUGH VOICE CHAT OR ON MESSAGE BOARDS. WHENEVER YOU DO SO, ALL OF THAT INFORMATION CAN BE COLLECTED AND USED BY OTHERS. IF YOU POST PERSONAL INFORMATION IN PUBLIC PLACES, OTHERS MAY SEND YOU UNSOLICITED E-MAIL MESSAGES. BE CAREFUL AND BE SMART WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
 
Sales Tax :
Any order with a billing address within California State will be charged Sales Tax at the current rate 8.75%.
 
Return:

PureApple.com offers a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, and it is within 30 days of your time of purchase, you can send it back for a full and happy refund or exchange. Shipping fee is NOT refund. (Sorry, we didn't get that money.) Please return your purchase in its original package and securely wrapped.

 
 

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

1. Please include a copy of your invoice.

2. Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on your package and all correspondence.

3. Product(s) returned must be new without any usage. PureApple.com has the final word on the condition of the merchandise returned. If the products received are incomplete,scratched or damaged (in ways that can not be identified), PureApple.com reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. Clearance items and certain Special Offers are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

5. PureApple.com is not responsible for lost shipments or products that are damaged during delivery. Customers shall contact the carrier to report the loss or damage by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform PureApple.com of such shipping problem(s) so that you won't be held responsible for the refusal. Once you accept the package, PureApple.com will no longer be responsible for its condition.

6. PureApple.com is not responsible for any expenses, fees, or other costs incurred due to defective or incompatible products.
