ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
1. Please include a copy of your invoice.
2. Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on your package and all correspondence.
3. Product(s) returned must be new without any usage. PureApple.com has the final word on the condition of the merchandise returned. If the products received are incomplete,scratched or damaged (in ways that can not be identified), PureApple.com reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
4. Clearance items and certain Special Offers are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
5. PureApple.com is not responsible for lost shipments or products that are damaged during delivery. Customers shall contact the carrier to report the loss or damage by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform PureApple.com of such shipping problem(s) so that you won't be held responsible for the refusal. Once you accept the package, PureApple.com will no longer be responsible for its condition.
6. PureApple.com is not responsible for any expenses, fees, or other costs incurred due to defective or incompatible products. |
